1. General
By using the Adyawear website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Adyawear reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Adyawear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after quality inspection.
6. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Adyawear is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
