Adyawear stands behind the quality of our Surat loom fabrics. If your coordinate set fit is incorrect or you wish to swap your colorways, we offer an easy **7-day doorstep exchange policy** from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or refund credit, please ensure:

• The saree or coordinate set is completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original luxury product tags, barcode attachments, and cotton bags are intact.
• The blouses or unstitched fabric pieces have not been cut, trimmed, or tailored.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Reach out to our Customer Concierge via email at customercare@adyawear.com or message us directly on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210.
2. Provide your original order AWB reference number or Order ID and specify your sizing/styling exchange preferences.
3. Our logistics partners will coordinate a **free doorstep reverse pickup** within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Once the reverse parcel is checked at our Surat chambers, your replacement coordinate set will be immediately dispatched!

Refunds Credit

In case of returns, refunds are credited straight to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or sent as a secure store-credit voucher code valid annual-wide. Refund processing takes 3 to 5 business days after inspection.
